    This is a lovely, well cared for apartment building. The staff are very attentive and the management seems to always be trying to improve the environment and services for the tenants. The parking staff is so attentive to your needs! I am so grateful to have found 850 Lakeshore in my move to Chicago.

    Great location, luxury building and superb athletic accommodations. Very friendly community; great for dogs with roof walk and 6 acre park just 1 block away. Tree-lined street and easy access to Lake Michigan for beeches, walking and bicycling. Excellent building staff for maintenance, parking and management.
