I moved units within the complex due to my disability, and the management did not conduct a proper checkout with me. Instead, they sent debt collectors after me for damages and kept my deposit without giving me proper notice, which is not only unfair but also illegal in the state of Nevada. Additionally, they blamed my well-trained service dog for damage to the old apartment, even though my records clearly show that the carpet ...was already damaged before I moved in (which is even in our email interactions). This situation has negatively affected my credit score and cost me a significant amount of money. To make matters worse, the management claimed they gave notice to my father, who was only helping me move and is not on the rental agreement. They insisted that this somehow qualifies as making every appropriate effort to inform me, which is simply not true. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially those with disabilities or service animals. My experience has been stressful, costly, and unfair.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The leasing office is very unorganized and it takes forever to get ahold of them. Pool and hot tub always had issues so were closed a lot of the time. Moving out was an even bigger headache.
