Ceiling Leaked for Two Years
January 6, 2023Good luck if you run into any issues with your apartment (which you will). Management fails to communicate on issues or ghosts you. These brand new apartments were shoddily constructed and though they claim they were completely rebuilt, they are not. My ceiling has been leaking for a year (once caving in and I was unable to use one of my bedrooms for a month). My AC was out for three months in the spring. Their pool is crumbling and a safety hazard. There is no “fitness center”. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com
