January 3, 2022Maintenance service at Brighton Creek is BAD. I have created tickets for service, it can pass two to four weeks for someone to contact me. They set the appointment for service, they DON'T show at the appointment. Later, they just close the issues as if they resolved them.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2021Absolutely love living at Brighton Creek. All the tenants and staff are very friendly! Love that they are pet friendly. The community center is amazing! Love having access to a gym 24/7. I feel very safe and at home here. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Maintenance is very good and professional. August 5, 2021Love the apartment, parking lot is a huge issue that seems to be ignored. Parking is also a problem visitors park in lot and residents have to park in lot that is a long walk and many times full.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2021Brighton Creek has been a great place to live! We sold our home 3 years ago and have been here ever since. The community has everything you needclose to all major highways and layouts that are very unique. The pool is gorgeous and a great place to hang out in the summer or fall by the fire.
