July 10, 2023This apartment complex has drastically degraded in the past few months. The amount of trash laying around is out of control. The battle between people partying loudly at night vs. management cracking down on outsiders using the pool has resulted in unreasonably strict rules. The jacuzzi is still not fixed after years of being broken, it’s like you’ve just given up. The amount of water wasted watering the street is ridiculous. I noticed all the puddles in the street last night! And it’s ...pretty unfair that the cost of poor maintenance is passed onto residents.Property Manager Responded
