  • amazing place and people

    Office staff has been absolutely amazing and helpful. Any concerns I have they are extremely attentive and on top of things. Maintenance crew is just as awesome. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

    Good value, homeless people asking for money right on 1960 outside of apartment, but it is a major road so I expected it.

    I moved in June of 2018. When I first moved in it was amazing and I loved it! The office staff was phenomenal, the amenities were great, I felt safe, etc. But NOW the property has since changed management companies (twice?) but once Pinnacle took over it’s gotten awful!! Kids run amuck throughout the parking lots. The residence gate is ALWAYS broken and the call box from the front gate never works. Office staff never answers the phone and when they do you’re met with attitude. The mailboxes were ...
    broken for like three months which is ridiculous. There’s been a break in and did the complex let residents know? Nope! I found out about it via Google reviews! I literally cannot wait until my lease is up
