December 2, 2024Longtime resident of this property - more than 10 years. I've lived both in the regular apartments and in a townhouse. Some thoughts: * Location is amazing! Near bus stops, MBTA, rail trail, self-storage, highways, downtown * It's expensive and rents never stop increasing BUT you get a lot for the money (square footage, amenities) * Dogs/cats allowed! This is awesome * Staff speaks both english and spanish * Some long-term maintenance concerns (older buildings/windows/bathrooms, some appliance ...issues like laundry machines) but staff is helpful especially for small problems * New ownership brought a really great resident portal * Decent parking. Guest parking allowed but costs extra * Relatively new swimming pool you can use with a pass * Fitness center is small and doesn't have a lot of equipment but it's more convenient than a gym * Outdoor lighting is generally good at night. November 7, 2024So far, so good. Community can be a little noisy at night and in the early morning sometimes but, overall, a good experience. In the past, the laundry facilities broke more often than I would like but they were quickly repaired.Review from Apartments.com

November 21, 2024I can’t believe that you have to pay $10.00 for a blind that goes in front of your sliding glass door. I thought everything was included to be fix for free when things go wrong/broken in your apartment. I always go to the office and they just call the pest control company they don't do anything they said the owner has to fixed then you go to the office to tell what they said they said the same!
