Horrible
August 29, 2018Doesn’t accept co-signers or months in advance rent. Not every college student has 800 credit score. Especially for a place that isn’t even that nice. The property manager is way more respectful than the leasing manager. Whatever this place is very very sketchy anyways and so is the management. Absolutely horrible. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but this website makes me give it to them... patheticReview from Apartments.com
Staff are friendly and very helpful, storage is great
April 30, 2016The apartment was very clean when we moved in. Maintenance requests were addressed immediately. The office staff are very courteous and responsive. The shared laundry room was surprisingly clean; maintenance kept that up well. The storage space in our unit was great in all the rooms; we had extra room left over. The light into our unit was good; we didn't feel closed in. The building we were in was really pretty quiet and our neighbors were friendly. Maintenance really kept the grounds clean, ...too. September 15, 2015The apartments are very spacious and very reasonably priced. The amount of open area outdoors is incredible. My only take back is that there is one laundry unit per building, which makes it a little bit of a hassle at times. However, it has been a great place to stay so far and with the college community close by, everything is accessible within a walking distance.Review from Apartments.com
