January 19, 2025My electric and gas bills tripled! The apt is so old and not insulated well if at all and when the really cold weather truly hits, the HVAC heat never goes off! The floor in the living room, kitchen and bathroom is like walking on ice, I swear I can ice skate on the linoleum! All I can say is, I might have a roof over my head but I got ice for a floor! The bathroom does not have a vent to the HVAC heat so when I go in there, I can see my breath and the toilet water had formed ice crystals! I had ...to end up putting a portable heater in there that runs constantly if you want to pee without getting frostbite on your - you know what! Renter beware, anywhere else but here! October 29, 2024Over priced with old living conditions. Leasing office acts as if these are luxury apartments and they are far from it. half made "renovations" you try to clean your bathtub and all the paint IS going to come off. The parking lot is terrible one way strips cars cant leave or come in at the same time. never opens the pool. there's no washer or dryer connections yet they took over a year to fix and clean the neighborhood laundromat which looked DISGUSTING for MONTHS.Review from Apartments.com

October 25, 2024My apartment community is amazing. Most of the kids in the area make my son feel welcomed. I can always count on him going outside & coming in getting a good night rest lol. A lot of us parents meet & greet and link up outside of the community. Our leasing office is always so punctual & resourceful when it comes to any matter I bring to their attention.
