Good place for me
October 31, 2024This is a really good community. It's quiet and the grounds are kept nice and clean. I like stopping by the office to talk with the staff and/or get snacks from the coffee bar and resident fridge. This is a good place for me.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2024Love living here, property is well kept up, plenty of amenities, and units are nice and updated inside. Quiet area yet only minutes away from a little bit of everything. I definitely don’t plan on moving anytime soon, staff in the office are amazing and friendly, and the maintenance team is great as well, very knowledgeable and very nice.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2024Lived here for 1 year and I have found/killed NUMEROUS cockroaches. It is a huge problem. For the amount that Mountain View receives each month for rent, this SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2024My move in went well. However, I was a little taken back by the cobwebs and bugs that surrounded my front door as I newly moved in. The deck is full of cobwebs and could have been gently cleaned for new move in arrival. Just my thoughts and suggestions.
