Don’t move here
October 4, 2024Don’t move here. Apartment was dirty when we moved in, grounds are not kept well, hallways are filthy. Front office staff told us we had 30 days to opt out of our lease if we were unhappy, and when we tried to exercise that, they said “oh the manager isn’t here this week and I don’t know when they’ll be back”, so now we’re stuck here. They’ll shut the water off throughout the complex without prior notice. One of the pools has been “closed for maintenance” since we moved in and I’ve never seen ...one person working on it. This place is not cheap and it’s definitely not worth what you pay.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management With Trashy Attitudes
August 12, 2024Worst management team I think I’ve ever had to deal with. No one in there is remotely competent they never seem to know what is going on so they clearly are lacking communication skills and they all seem so miserable everytime you actually ask them to do their job. Been living here for going on 4 years now and honestly they should fire the whole team and start fresh with people who actually know how to run a business. They are always randomly charging fees for no explainable reason and when you ...ask for proof in the lease or notice letters they can never produce any. Can’t wait to leave here. Do Not Move Here !
January 25, 2024DO NOT MOVE HERE! UPDATE I have had no AC for 2 weeks. I submitted a request on the 9th and it is the 25th and I have not heard from anyone. 2 weeks without AC. this is the worst community to live in. ignored by management and maintenance for 16 days and counting .... DO NOT MOVE HERE! refrigerator is old and gross. did not work for 2 weeks from move in date until i complained enough and threatened to move out was it fixed. no one came or cared. its not possible to live without a refrigerator. ...washer machine was also broken. very poor painting. overpaint marks everywhere and floor. the kitchen cabinets are in poor condition, very sticky and old. grouts are yellow on backsplash bathroom was very gross. i had to change the toilet seat myself. toilet was disgusting condition, hasn't been cleaned in years the medicine cabinet is completed rusted. I'm not even using it because its so gross. when you use the dishwasher the sink fills up with old waste water and it smells disgusting. the entire landscaping in the community is poorly managed. water is retained in all grass and bush zones, impossible to walk dog after a light rain, you have to walk outside of the neighborhood. the smell from the water retention on all grass areas is repulsive. overall community is in very bad shape. not at all what i was expecting DO NOT MOVE HERE! August 28, 2023I’ve been here for a while. The first apartment I lived in eventually had a roach infestation because of the tenants beside me. I made many complaints and nothing was done. I went back and forth with them for months until I threatened to report them for violating health codes. They eventually moved me into another apartment and paid for the moving as well. Got into the second apartment and the ceiling in the bathroom had a leak and it was falling apart. I’m complained and sent emails for almost ...two years. One day, I got so upset and threatened to call corporate. The office manager sent someone in that morning. Problem was temporarily fixed as it started leaking again months later with the rain. I’ve had many issues since then. About three months ago I had another issue with my AC. I put in a maintenance request on the app and then sent an email to ensure they saw it. I sent a couple emails after. A month and a half later, I’m out and got a notification that my door was opened and left opened. I called the office but no answer. Eventually later that day they said that maintenance went in because I placed a request well over a month before. I’m not even sure it’s legal to just go into my apartment without at least a notice and especially that long after. Absolutely no notice was sent. Last week, I had another issue with my AC. I put in a request on the app and sent an email right after. One week later and after three emails, someone answered the leading phone at the leasing office and said “We’ll what do you expect me to do?” It’s almost comical that these people have jobs. It’s like you’re bothering them when they finally decide to answer the phone. With as much work that has been done to the exterior, they still haven’t fixed the problem in their leasing office. If this will save you money, go for it. But if you can do better, this isn’t it.Property Manager Responded

ROACHES EVERYWHERE
March 22, 2023We moved in about 10 days ago and have been fighting a severe roach infestation since we got here. We are seeing anywhere from 10-30 roaches PER DAY. And no, I’m not exaggerating. They were aware that the apartment had roaches before we moved in but allowed us to move in anyway. We had to repack our belongings so that pest control could fumigate, but unfortunately we are still seeing heavy roach activity. They are all over our kitchen. I have begged the leasing office to move us to a new unit or ...allow us to break our lease but have gotten no response. Decent Location, Terrible Management
October 10, 2022The location is great, close proximity to I4 and Mall of Millenia. Very easy to get around. And the Complex itself is decent, though they need to spend more time and energy in keeping the public spaces clean and presentable. Although there are several issues. They have a serious bug problem. Despite having pest control come once a month (Maybe), the apartments are still overrun with bugs. And the main gat hasn't worked the entire year that I've lived here. The management staff is ...atrocious. They do not follow up with communications. On several Instances I called during business hours and was sent to voicemail. When requesting a call back, I would either receive an email, or no response at all. To get any sort of attention you need to walk into the office and stand in front of them. Even then, when they say they are going to get back to you, they do not follow up. Furthermore, when I tried to negotiate my renewal pointing out their faults, they started arguing with me basically saying I was lying. May 11, 2022I just renewed my lease for the sixth year, and I plan on staying until I am ready to purchase a home. This is the best apartment community I've live in within Orlando! The new management company Venterra Realty exceeds expectations! Anthony & Rodolfo help make the maintenance team awesome, and they work fast when it comes to repairs. Looks like a landfill!
November 11, 2020The upkeep of the complex is terrible! There is always trash overflowing out of the compactor and into the parking lot for all of the residents and guests to see. There has been an old sofa sitting in the parking lot for a week now. This is a constant problem. When you ask for a tour of the complex be sure to ask for a tour of where the trash is located (the parking lot).Review from Apartments.com

March 19, 2020If you have a referral MAKE SURE to get a document that you've submitted a referral. I had an entire conversation, gave them the name of my referral, and fast forward a month later after moving in and they said my referral wasn't listed on my application. HAHAHAHA WOW. Frequent break ins, amenities close at sundown or never work (bowling alley they brag about has been 'getting repaired since before we moved in a year and a half ago).
