November 23, 2024Used to be much better. Current management team is looking for privileges instead of working for the community. EV spots are occupied daily by the leasing office employess EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT CHARGING - despite the signs against this practice there. Also they had the audacity to place a "office managing" sign in one of the 4 EV spots... ridiculous. Shame on them. Btw the excuse is even worst, so don't even try! They do not need the whole parking spot to open a door to maybe deal with ...electrical issues IF that happens. So, less privileges and more community thoughts. The gym sucks. Time to improve it. I've been her for 4 years total and it has been the same. Treadmill are frequently malfunctioning. They don't care at all... even the stupid community events they are only informing on the day of the event, corroborating how much they care and want it to happen. Shame!Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024I've been living here for a while now, and I can confidently say that this apartment complex is fantastic. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and comfortable, with a great layout and modern features. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently helpful, friendly, and responsive to any requests or issues that come up. Whether it's a maintenance request or just a question about the property, they handle everything with professionalism and a genuine ...willingness to assist. July 10, 2024I have recently moved in here and so far it’s been good. It is located at a decent location with easy accessibility to the public transport. The amenities are good. There is a gym with necessary equipment and there is pool. Overall it’s been good.Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2024Clean, friendly professional, homely, very nice place, love it. Feel safe and secure. The amenities are spacious and full of light. They are well maintained. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly and kind. It’s very clean and useful to have Zipcar right here and complimentary guest parking. May 25, 2024I have really loved my time here. Quiet community in a convenient part of town. Building is updated. When there are maintenance issues the staff is very quick to respond and resolves things usually same day, if not within 24 hours. Pool and gym are very convenient.
