Our radiantly and cozily decorated, pet-friendly one and two-bedroom apartment homes create a luxury and resort-style space to call your own in Colorado Springs.Applicant has the right to provide The Resort at University Park with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30-days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides The Resort at University Park with a PTSR, The Resort at University Park is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for The Resort at University Park to access or use the PTSRThere may be additional monthly fees associated with various amenities and services offered, which we've gladly outlined below:Waste Removal: $22Pet: $300 Upfront + $35/MonthPest Control: $2Master Policy Insurance: $10Utility Charge: $3.70

February 13, 2025Probably some of the best homes in the city, beautiful grounds with extraordinary trees and wild animals drifting through. Fabulous floor plans and a very gracious and hard-working staff create some of the best apartment homes around. Far from the madding crowd, but with wonderful welcoming neighbors. February 11, 2025I love my place the views are great and for the most part pretty quiet. Maitainance is great here never waited to get anything fixed and flexible with schedule. Office people are super nice as well. Unfortunately tho a few residents here are incredibly rude and disrespectful with their driving, almost hitting the back end of my truck pulling out of my garage and almost getting hit in the parking lot while out walking. Speed limit is 10 mph but people think this parking lot is the Indy NASCAR ...around here so not finding it a very safe place to walk around here with big risk of getting hit by a neighbor. One even laughed and thought it was funny almost hitting me while out waking. As far as I'm concerned this place would be a 10 if it wasn't for disgraceful people ruining it with their stupidity.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
