different schedules and are often in and out all day and night. The problem is, that it is UNCOVERED. So, your car could easily bake ALL day in the hot AZ sun for hours. My car's clear coat has pretty much all peeled off by now. So, I really wish we had covered parking. As with other communities, there always seems to also be that one selfish, entitled individual who thinks they can hog a VIP spot (closest to the entrance of the complex), and park their car or worse... their bike for a week or more. Thus inconveniencing others who may be moving in heavy stuff, have physical issues, and/or need it more. I was also dreading having to do laundry here, so kept doing it at my friend's place until he moved out too. There are only two small shared laundry facilities at the end of complex. One is on the first, the other on the second floor. There are only two old, dirty, top-loading washers and two front-loading dryers. They both operate on quarters ONLY. So, you will need to have enough quarters BEFORE you attempt to do your laundry. Just keep a close eye on your wash so you don't inconvenience anyone else trying to do their laundry too. Keep in mind, there are ONLY two washers and dryers for each floor. For the entire complex! I guess for it being so affordable and in a great area, you get what you pay for. But aside from a few less than ideal conditions, I am very happy here and really love living in this area. I have already recommended these apartments to others.
