    Huge roach problem!!!!!! Water leaking from the floors!!! Broken AC!!! People breaking into cars!!!! This is the worst apartment complex EVER!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY & IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR STUFF DAMAGED OR YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO CONSTANTLY!!!! I have had 2 break ins & management does not care!!!!

    I have lived here less than a year. Within these months I have had 2 strange people standing on my patio late into the night, I have had one man try to come in thru the front door, I have seen many homeless people hop the pool gates to do heroin in the bathrooms, unfriendly neighbors, inadequate parking, low grade security, and I have also had an unfortunate amount of service issue, all just to start. Even more unfortunate, I have to finish my lease. Be wise. Do not live here for your own good ...

    Find somewhere else maintenance just comes in to the apartment to make a mess and kind of fix things after months of asking them to do it.

  • Things they can't fix.

    I live in this apartments and the AC unit is in my closet. Every year there has been a leak coming from the unit. It has destroyed several important items of mine. tools, my computer that I kept in My Closet. The most frustrating thing was management told me to for it and let them know immediately, because it's going to happen every year. I asked if there was a permanent fix for this issue the lady said no . I have full pictures of a running rapid leak coming from my ceiling into a container that ...
