      The Row is more than just a townhome Community it's more like a little family I recently was pet-sitting and lost my daughter's dog she had gotten outside by mistake and It really was a big mess. Rachel took the time to post a picture and a community post went out different people from the community reached out in regard to their concern and not even 24 hours later the dog was returned I just want to say thank you to The Row community for being such a great help and a great place to stay Richelle ...

      We have lived at The Row since October 2021. Initially, we had a lot of issues with management, the turnover, a break-in, and many other problems that were not directly related to the property that seemed to never be fixed. That has drastically changed! Tom was always here and has always been wonderful. Whenever we needed any help, he was prompt, honest, and did everything until it was right. Richelle is newer but oh boy did you get a great manager. I work in the industry doing mostly mutlifamily ...
      banking and credit so have worked with many managers. She is attentive and accommodating. Great communicator and has her tenants and property close to her heart. We could not feel more looked after with these two. To many more years of renting to come!

    • The worst management team ever

      March 14, 2021
      This management team is the worst I've ever dealt with. 1. They never responds to emails. Only after you confront them will they acknowledge they've been essentially blind to their mailbox. This is so frustrating as your request gets forever stuck. Think this is bad? It gets worse. 2. Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls back after you left several messages. Now you're out of choice, the only way is to hang around the office every now and then and pray someone is in there (and not in some ...
