June 18, 2025I have lived here for less than a month. When I moved into my “renovated apartment” my air conditioner didn’t work (still doesn’t) the day I moved in it was over 80 degrees in here. My washer didn’t work. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to email you back. I never got a form to fill out about already broken things, I was never told how to pay my rent, I asked weeks ago where my parking spot is. I got a number and I’ve driven around the entire complex multiple times and I can’t see it ...anywhere. Luckily there’s a lot of free spots by my place. The floor has a big dip in it and I’ve asked for my screen to be fixed and it’s still not. The swimming pool opened like the day after Memorial Day and then closed a couple days later and then opened again and is closed again. So the summer is in full swing and no pool. The area is nice but it’s not what I expected. Communication is key and there is very little here.Property Manager Responded
