March 21, 2025Too noisy, neighbors don’t respect your apartment. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors as well as dog poop in plastic bags under the stairs. Neighbors bump on jumping on floor constantly. Front desk staff aren’t as personal as before. Plenty of yelling outside my window throughout the day.Property Manager Responded

November 9, 2024We like the neighborhoor but waiting and had the apartment, even though We keep it clean every day. There’s a lot of cockroaches and supposed to be each month we pay for the pest control and if they came, it’s like once every four months because we receive an email saying that they’re gonna go inside the apartments Even though we go to the office and ask For the pest control, they never do anything but other than that I think the place it’s OK a little expensive but it’s OK just for the locationProperty Manager Responded
