    Nice apartment layouts, modern, good amenities. Gym could use a little more equipment, e.g. a bench press rack. The staff is nice and the apartments are well-maintained

    Until now, a good place to live! A big garage, a place to charge your electrical car, and an easy way to get into the garage. Quiet, people nice and helpfull. The process for rent really easy.

    I recently moved in about 2 months ago and Matt and the staff have been amazing! They are super helpful with any questions I have and the macitence team is very timely and through when I ever have an issues. The garage is a nice perk especially in the Ohio winter and the gym has all the equipment you could need. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home!

    Good community. Nice large apartment homes. Very central, close to freeway and only 7 miles from downtown. Within 20-30 mins, you can get anywhere from portage to Avon to mentor. Great location

    Great complex! The living space is spacious and clean, and the maintenance team is incredible. For nearly two years, I have not had any problems living here! It is safe, quiet, and a great value for the money.
