April 22, 2024I moved here recently (04/2024) because of the location and the very reasonable rent. Upon moving in, the AC didn’t work, and maintenance had it fixed within 1 business day. It is quiet here, and the community is kept clean. I am very happy so far, and looking forward to my year here.Property Manager Responded

make sure management does their job!
July 17, 2022I recently renewed my lease for the third year. I sent the management notice of my renewal along with an email from my insurance company stating that I renewed my renters' insurance. Progressive, also informed me, that they send copies to all parties listed on the policy. A month later, I was charged $50.00 for not showing proof of renters insurance. right away, I sent the same document as before. It was proof that I had insurance and there was no lapse of coverage. However, Management ...refused to credit my account or give a refund of the $50.00. I am still trying to go up the corporate ladder to receive the credit that I am due. At this time no luck. Hopefully, corporate greed will not take over another part of our lives and they will do the right thing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Place EVER!!
September 3, 2021DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! The new management is horrible. The maintenance people have no idea what they are doing. Nothing is ever fixed properly. The buildings are falling apart. The pool and hot tub are never maintained properly. The rent is outrageous for this slum. They put on a good act when you go to tour the place, but at soon as you move in everything falls apart. Got a leak in the wall we will get back to you in a couple weeks. Very responsive management
October 17, 2020Entering my 4th year here and in Tucson area.. Apartment complex is quiet, clean. Lots of wildlife I attribute to wash running thru center of apartment buildings. Very responsive / receptive
August 31, 2020Beyond there never being a time where the phone wasn't picked up, they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. I put in 5 maintenance requests and they were handled quickly, thoroughly, and with note. Every so often, I get a call to ask how it is and what could be done better. Best place to live
November 14, 2019I have been here for 8 months and love it. I have lived in other complexes but none of them cared for the residents like Tierra Vida. Quiet.,close to shopping, cooked breakfast every Friday plus extra parties..,taco night. Pizza night etc. when ever I have had a maintenance problem they are right here. Best place to live. Very peaceful and quite, friendly office staff, and excellent maintenance staff. There's a nice wash that cuts through the center of the property which 1. spreads out the buildings and 2. looks cool and adds to the tranquil vibes.
