January 3, 2025A lot of my friends that I’ve known for 10 years have left because of the cost of living here. I don’t like having to deal with someone as a neighbor that feeds the ducks all the time in front of my window, not liking that. I’ve reported it and it just keeps going on. It also makes it not safe for dogs when they’re walking with all of the poop all over the ground.Property Manager Responded

Villas deste
November 6, 2024I moved in almost a month ago and I love my home. The ladies in the office all followed up with me before and after my move, great communication and make sure everything was done before i came in to pick up my pin for me to move in since its keyless here. October 19, 2024I keep to myself. People seem nice, but few in my area put their trash receptacles away. It's maddening, I do love my privacy.! The staff is great, kind, and friendly, I do not take advantage of the amenities because I always work. It is the only place that has it's own garage, but few seem to use it.Property Manager Responded
