Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff
December 19, 2023Forest Hills is a quiet and green community in a very bustling part of Wilmington. If you want a small town home feel in the middle of the city, FH couldn't be more perfect. Everything is conveniently close but you wouldn't know if you never left your home. My fur babies love our townhome and we can't wait to host friends and family in our new apartment home. I would like to particularly shout out Katrina and Malorie in the office. They have been absolutely wonderful since moving in. Within the ...first month, my husband and I had a key stolen and within just a couple of hours they had the locks changed and I was able to get the new keys after work. Even just stopping in, these two are so kind and happy to chat. The maintenance team is also funny and kind. They've truly made us feel welcome, safe and appreciated.Property Manager Responded

I looked at many places in the area but nothing beat Forest Hills for space and price. I recently moved to a larger unit and I love it !!! I also love the office and maintenance staff.
