You'll find a living room with plenty of seating and a TV. The bedrooms include a queen, a king, and a full bed. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and has a table that can seat four guests. Outside, enjoy the above-ground pool, which is closed for the season and will reopen for Summer 2025. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located less than 2 miles from major grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, this home offers convenience and accessibility. With two units on the property, be sure to access unit B, your designated unit. Enter the home from the south side using a digital keypad. Parking is available in a private driveway shared with Unit A, and both units have labeled parking. Access is only for Unit B's main door located on the east side of the property. The Unit A parking area and side of the property are prohibited areas. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and we are only a phone call away if needed. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. A digital keypad allows for contact-free check-in, providing maximum privacy. You will receive the code at check-in, and this is a bottom floor unit.
