These apartments are nice and decent for the area. The staff/maintenance are helpful and get things done in a timely fashion. Maintenance goes around the complex and cleans up the trash littered anywhere.

Move in was smooth it’s just little things. I thought with the elite I’ll have hardwood all through the apartment and just carpet in the rooms but it’s all carpet. I also came into roaches popping up I have some solutions to contain that but it was be awesome if maintenance can come do a spray. Other than that it’s good.

It’s been ok. I’ve been here almost 5years and it’s fairly quiet, but the customer service has been absolutely HORRIBLE for every management company that have taken over. And it’s been about 7 different companies since I’ve moved here, just 3 different companies since Dec 2022 to now. They’ve changed their phone numbers and contact information so many times that it’s difficult to reach them. This complex has been sold and under new management 4 different times and I have only been here 2 years. They are slow to fix or replace things or just not at all. Some of the people in the office are simply disrespectful.
