Really beautiful, modern place to live
August 27, 2019My husband and I just moved here, and it is a very nice place to live. The staff (thanks, Renee!) is friendly and very helpful. When we had maintenance requests for our door and dishwasher, it was taken care of the very next day, and we were also called beforehand to let us know maintenance was coming. We haven't had too many noise problems. The one time we heard a lot of dogs barking from our neighbors', we notified management, and it has no longer been an issue. There are also lots of community ...events like night yoga at the pool that was provided free of charge for the residents. The pool and the gardens are also well-maintained; I see groundskeepers always working on them. There is also a very nice gym with plenty of machines. I work out everyday and never have to compete with others for use of the machines. The apartment complex is super close to the Centennial Trail, dining establishments, Fred Meyer, and the Valley Mall. Parking can be a little tricky until you get a much coveted covered parking spot (or garage). Overall, it can seem a little pricey to live here compared to other places, but you definitely get what you pay for with a communicative and helpful staff, new appliances, beautiful grounds, and convenient location.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Bella Tess Review
June 27, 2019I have just moved into the Bella Tess Apartments and have loved it so far. To start the staff are amazing, they have accommodated my every need and were very patient and helpful with getting all my paper work in for the lease agreement (as I sent the wrong form in multiple times). Every email and call I made has been returned within 24 hrs and the customer service is top notch. Every time I have walked into the club house to speak with them they put everything they were doing down and assisted ...me. They have a lot of respect for their tenants which is nice to see in such a large company. I worked with Renee as my leasing agent and she was great I really do love it here so far. The only complaint I have was how much information they needed in order to complete the lease, but I understand they need it for security and reassurance purposes. Overall, I would say that the price is worth it. Everything is super clean and safe which is hard to find in Spokane. The units have amazing kitchen and storage space and the washer and dryer are in excellent condition most places I have looked do not even compare in quality.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Definitely a five-star apartment complex!
June 27, 2019This has been, by far, the best apartment we have ever lived in! The management staff (especially Renee) have been most accommodating...friendly...and pleasant. March 12, 2019It's hard to find a place that meets all your needs or well I used to think that until we found the Bella Tess. The staff are incredible and go the extra mile to make you feel like family and are always there to hear what you have to say. They made moving in easy and enjoyable. The kitchens here are big and the upgrades of stainless steel look absolutely sharp. All in all the apartments are gorgeous, modern and spacious. The floor to ceiling windows make the apartment extra bright and makes it ...feel like a home instead of apartment. September 14, 2018I love everything about Bella Tess. The location is great and the floor plans are perfectly modern. I’ve already started shopping for our home and we’re moving in at the end of the month! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, I really appreciate all they’ve done for us so far. I miss my apartment when I travel!
August 21, 2018My girlfriend and I have lived at Bella Tess for a little over four months now and we absolutely love it! Every time we leave to go on vacation we can’t wait to get back home to our beautiful apartment. The people, staff, and environment is what makes these apartments so special. Well worth it
June 17, 2018Living in Bella Tess, you are not simply paying for a roof over your head, you are paying for an incredible community and lifestyle. Residents are friendly, staff is incredibly friendly, as well, and though not all amenities are complete, there isn’t a place I would rather live in the Spokane area.
