They hate people in these apartments , they hate their resident they charge you for everything they tow residents and Company cars if you have a problem and try to explain it to them they will charge you for expressing yourself your rent says one thing but you will pay for extra fees included your rent they will not tell you until your lease is sign. I moved in these apartments last year & it was the worst mistake ever, they fine you for EVERYTHING! they do not care about their residences never fix anything but harasses you for their rent. They charge you for everything and take your voice when you try to explain your situation when u talk to them they're going to charge you for that also. My apartment have not been sprayed since I've been here but they charge me Faithfully every month for that fee. The rent price say one thing but all of the ...

Just moved out in April 2022, lived there for 8 years. Was nice when i moved in but it has changed management at least once a year and every time it gets worse! The management now is the worst that has been there! they will fine you for everything but cant get them to fix crap! The pool is never open, the tennis courts dont have a net and the concrete is all cracked and busted. The soccer goals were taken out and its just a yard now. They wont let you use the gym (due to covid) even though the ...
covid restrictions have been lifted. They still expect you to pay for all these amenities though! Will have guest cars towed costing you to get it out of impound. They do have visitor parking but all the tenants park in the spots leaving the guest to park in a tow zone! I would stay away from this place if possible! Will end up fining you for stupid stuff. You end up being out so much money you could have spent on a nicer place with better management and amenities you can actually use.

Amber in the office is horrible. Won’t answer phone and when she does will not let you talk and will hang up on your face. Maintenance hasn’t fixed any problems. They take all new appliances and put them in their own units, they fine you for breathing. Head maintenance man is unprofessional and does nothing but stand at his truck on his phone. Do not move here at all. Corporate is no help and won’t do anything. Do not move here at all

Horrible management. They fine you $100 for backing in to your parking space. Teenage kids require adult supervision when outside or you will be fined. They aren't willing to work with residents who communicate with them. THE WORST!!

RUN! I was there for 1 year and we went through 5 different managers! No one stays long and it takes them forever to fix things! I was without air for over 4 months and was only credit $200, which I had to call corporate to get that! Once I moved out I was promised I would receive my deposit back but have yet to get it back and its been over 2 months! When I called to inquire about it I was told that the old management didn't put it in the system so I cannot get it! PLEASE DO NOT waste your time ...
going there! They do not treat you fairly and I paid my rent on the 1st of every month! I never missed a payment nor was I ever late! Its SAD how these companies get over on people!

Enclave Apts are a nice place to live . Pretty quiet and doing their best to clean up and update the property . Not going to happen overnight but they are making improvements . Don't know about the past . But been here about 5 years and like living here . Problems that did transpired here was from outsiders that tenants brought in .
