    I loved living here. I probably still would be if some things with employment hadn't changed. They are very kind to their residents, they address issues very quickly. The gym equipment is new and always working, the pools are beautiful. They have state of the art grills available. The apartment itself was brand new with everything immaculate and clean and I absolutely loved how big the bathroom was. The garage was a huge plus too. I highly recommend.

    We love our apartment it's in a good area but a little pricey for the amount of square feet you get. It's close to the park and ride for military people. If something goes wrong the maintenance guys fix it right away. The pool area is worn but it's still in good shape. The management team sets up meet and greet things in the Clubhouse so you can meet your neighbors.

    I moved here from San Diego, I found these apartments online and could not be more Happy with this Location! Centennial Hills is Extremely Livable. It does not get as Hot here as the rest of the Las Vegas area. It is one of the TOP MOST Beautiful areas in Las Vegas, it is ranked #3 in Las Vegas for a GREAT reason! Peaceful we have a great set of neighbors, well-behaved kids though there are not many. BOTH Pool and BBQ decks are always clean and well maintained. TWO Amazing Gyms and they both are ...
    24-Hours. TWO LARGE well-kept Clubhouses. The Staff and Maintenance are amazingly accommodating. The commute downtown and to the Strip are not so bad, HOWEVER, for exercise we have a Public Transportation system right across the street. Great for Military, Skateboarders and for someone who would like to save on Gas and get Fit. The CX bus takes you directly to the Airport which is so COOL! We have a Smiths, Walmart, and a plethora of other stores, bars and gyms less than 2mins away. A Great Cosmic Bowling Alley not too far at the Santa Fe Station. Its the Home away from the City but close enough to get your Boogie On when needed! Choosing anywhere in Centennial, Loreto / Palacio Apartments should be Your First Choice!

  • A nice place to live

    Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and only about a half an hour from The Strip, Loreto & Palacio apartments are well-suited for single individuals or small families. The grounds are kept very neat, and amenities feature 2 pools, a gym, an office space with free wifi, and frequent resident activities. My particular one-bedroom apartment is quite spacious at 750 sq ft, and my outside living space (corner balcony/patio) is definitely large enough to accommodate a full-sized patio table ...
    and chair set. Garages are available and there is unassigned covered parking. Some pets are allowed. Rent itself is a little pricey at $800/m for my unit, but this is a very nice area of town (far northwest- Centennial Hills). Overall, I have no complaints about living here.

  • OVerall, a good place to live.

    I have been here for about a year and a half, and for the most part, I have been very happy. The apartment layout is nice and spacious, I love having access to two gyms and two pool areas. The staff is helpful and has generally taken care of any concerns or issues I have had in a timely manner. The only thing that frustrates me is that lately (the last couple months) there seems to be quite an influx of of younger kids (elementary to middle school age) with little to no adult supervision. ...
    Whether it is 3 adults at the pool with 12-15 kids running around acting wild, or groups of kids roaming around (middle school, MAYBE early high school aged) being rude and disrespectful. However, that is not the fault of the complex.

    Gorgeous, spacious clean apartments with two large pools, hot tub, bbq and dining areas, business center, indoor and outdoor clubhouse with free coffee every morning, social events and more! On site staff makes living here a blessing for the busy professional. Gorgeous balcony views of Mt. Charleston and strip.

    Great apartment in up and coming neighborhood of Centennial! Great location: very close to both the 215 and the 95. Yes, Centennial is the extreme northwest part of the city, but it's easy to get anywhere in the valley. Close to stores: Smiths, Starbucks, TJMaxx, and tons of others are right down the street. For the apartment: Vinyl flooring (wood-like in appearance) in kitchen and bathrooms. New clean carpet in the rest of the space. Kitchen is newly upgraded: stainless steel refrigerator and ...
    microwave, new oven/stove, new dishwasher. Living area and bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms have large, clean tubs. Community pools are clean and well-maintained. I haven't been to the fitness centers yet but there are two, which is great. We noticed our dishwasher wasn't working a couple of days after we moved in and it was promptly replaced within a couple of days. The repair guys are super nice and friendly, as are all of the people I've spoken with in the office. Very happy with this apartment!

    My fiancee and I moved in about 2 months ago; we got the largest 1 bedroom they offered and we received a room next to the elevator on the 4th floor with the showroom on our other side (no neighbors is great.) We haven't experienced any noisy tenants or children. Completely the opposite, we've met several on occasion and everyone has been kind and courteous. The apartment maintenance has been spot-on as well. overtime they come, they're nice enough to wear shoe covers regardless if ...
    you ask them to or not so as to not bring in dirt and grime. They also upkeep the dumpsters and elevators to keep them organized and clean very often.

    This apartment complex is wonderful and one of the safest in this city, which speaks volumes. It is in a better part of town with quick access to major routes, shopping centers, and many restaurants. All managers and maintenance personnel are friendly, the complex is well-maintained, and the room layout and conveniences are good.   • Great apartments

    I've been here for a year and the only reason I'm moving out is to be closer to family! I've never once had any problems with the front office not getting back to me! My upstairs neighbors walk hard at times but that's a given with apartments! I recommend these places! They are in a great neighborhood and surrounded by everything you could possibly think of!
