Beautiful community!
November 4, 2025Toured the apartments community last week. Emily, the community manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable. The property has just completed a major renovation, both exterior and interior. The Juliet balcony allows plenty of sunlight and fresh air into the unit. The cabinets and appliances complement the color scheme of the walls. I also like that it is a gated community, would love to live here.Property Manager Responded

GREAT NEW MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
May 11, 2019I have lived here for 4 years and there were many problems here but WOW!!! There have been some serious changes and this place looks great! Hats off to the new maintenance!!! Any issues and they fix it right away and the property is looking so nice! Garbage is picked up and lawns are mowed! I just want to say thank you for the new crew!!!! You are very appreciated ? Terrible apartments!!!
June 11, 2018Terrible apartments always trying to scam you out of money. When first moving in the water was brown and rusty. The cupboards were falling apart. The laundry room is filled with people smoking weed and the washers leave your clothes smelling like rotten marijuana. When paying rent the online portal would stop working not allowing for payments to go through and in turn your have to pay over $100 in late fees. Rico is lazy and disrespectful to all tenants and Sonia only cares about making money and ...leaves all your personal information laying out on the counter all day for everyone to see. There’s been break in and gun shots atleast once a week. The parking is terrible as well and there is garbage everywhere due to dumpsters always being packed so full. Do not rent here you will regret it!Property Manager Responded
September 26, 2018I am sorry for the items you have experience during living at the property. We do make every effort to take care of any maintenance items that might come up within 48 hours. We do have information available at the leasing office for the online payment system. We are available if you need help setting up an account or making an online payment. We do offer an after hours security service if you experience any situation where you don't feel safe. We do offer reserved parking if this is something you might be interested in. We have added additional parking space on the property to help with the parking when there are more cars than we can accommodate. We have upgraded all of the dumpsters to help with the overflow of trash that we have on the property. We are also looking into other option to help improve the trash pick up and finding ways so trash is placed inside of the dumpsters. mold everywhere!
December 3, 2015management is horrible. they never stick to their word and to top it off if something breaks in your apartment be expected to wait at least 2 weeks for them to fix it. also, they have no idea how to be managers and they have no customer service skills what so ever. I would highly recommend not moving in here prices are ridiculously high for the state of the apartment. all out dated appliances from 30 years ago!Review from Apartments.com
Bad Management
September 18, 2015Pheonix Court Apartments run by Allied Management is not the place to move to. The landscaping is poorly taking care of and the pool is only open half the summer. Your rent will keep going up and you can't get anything fixed. Were just finding out they'll refuse to renew your lease. I've been here over 15 years and this is the worse I've ever seen it. there to cheap to fix the lighting around the complex and replace the fire extinguishers. So why the increase's all the time ? My advice is to ...walk threw this place before stopping by the office. they'll probably lie to you anyway. One is not the sharpest tack in the box and the other never made it to the box. the pictures you see on line are of the backside of the buildings. BEWARE!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 19, 2015Run while you can. Don't believe the photos! The outer looks good but when you get inside the buildings is where you see the real story. The office staff will tell you what you want to hear but, the truth is they won't follow threw with anything you ask.
