Used to live here over 7 years. Never was I late in rent. I mind My own business. This is not a decent place to live.
February 18, 2025I ended up paying over $5,500 dollars in legal fees. I never bothered anyone. I minded my own business. My tire was flatten. My car mirror is still broken. November 11, 2024This apartment complex has spiraled into a poor money grab by current management it seems. Cheap equipment/ fixes for true issues and no communication to tenants. July 3, 2024This is my eighth year at River Run (May 15, 2016 was my first day of residency). It is home. In this building alone I think there are 30 apartments. Thirty different family units, singles, doubles, plus. Thirty different life combos in progress. And for the most part we stay out of one another's way, are pretty respectful of peace and privacy, and friendly enough to greet one another with a smile and good morning when the opportunity presents. Extrapolate that across however many total buildings ...times 30 apartments...it is definitely a community. I'm happy to be here.Property Manager Responded
