March 4, 2026Only one working elevator. Out of 3. Package situation is an absolute mess. They use toxic harass smelling overwhelming cleaning products that gives me headaches and refuse to simply change products to healthy ones. Which would be best for all residents. Management often non-responsive. Lobby is now dangerous construction area with indefinite delays on if/when it might be finished.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026We’ve been living at 1000 Jefferson as a family with two children, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is modern, well maintained, and family-friendly. The apartments are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is consistently helpful and responsive. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, with parks, schools, and everyday conveniences close by. January 3, 2026Elevator has not been working for months. They always fix each for a couple of hours and then it’s broken again. The pool was closed several times over the summer. The management is the very worstProperty Manager Responded

July 26, 2025The rent keeps increasing for tenants, even though the prices listed on the website stay the same—or sometimes even decrease. Maintenance has been a consistent challenge, with too many issues in a single apartment, and the pool is often closed. It started as a good option, but unfortunately, the experience has been getting worse over time.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2025The building and neighbors are nice. The amenities are okay… they used to be better. There’s chairs missing from the grilling are (there were 12, now there are only 4), the pool area is a mess (every time you try to relax there’s more than 20 kids inside throwing toys around, including babies wearing diapers). May 25, 2025Great place to live - clean common areas and friendly staff. The elevators run into issues frequently, but they usually fix them within the same day. The maintenance staff is very responsive and helpful.Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2025Still love this apartment but some things have been going downhill… 1. The gym: the EZ bar is still missing, many months have past since building manager responded to review saying it would be replaced promptly 2. The elevators seem to brake all the time! Even right now, they are working but feels unsafe because it swings on every stop and sometimes randomly calls the firefighters without pressing the emergency button Everything else seems to be doing alrightProperty Manager Responded
