Besides you never being able to have friends over because parking is god awful. Management sucks. It takes forever to get things fixed. They have an online system, which does not work. Telling the manager does not help either, things have to get bad before they do anything about it. The building in the inside is beautiful, but it's just not worth the cost. The neighborhood and parking situation is just terrible. You honestly cannot have guests over because they or you will be looking for ...
parking for at least 30 minutes (on a good day) or 1-2 hours. Don't be fooled and blinded by the pool. Its freezing cold at all times - can only be used when its really really hot out. It is not safe, the tagging on the alley, cops are always there, the gang of people hanging where the parking is so scary. They watch you come in and out of the building, walk to and from your car. It's bad. Anyone can easily get in and out of the building, neighbors leave the door open. People have egged the managers car, people have been caught sleeping under cars, and if you park outside you risk getting your car broken into. Seriously, pay the extra to go live somewhere else with parking, safe, and overseen by management that actually cares about their tenants.
