Horrible property
November 27, 2020Pests and roaches are unbelievable. The stove was so infested with roaches there was a short that would trip the breaker. Fridge was also infested. The garages are also infested with rats. I continued to ask them to clean mine (I had an infant/toddler as a tenant) and they would just delete the requests or mark them as done. Eventually the rats/mice began to move into the apartments and they still wouldn't address it. Everything that is wrong they will harass tenants about it. Garabage ...constantly overflows due to homeless and other apartments, but they threaten to charge the tenants. Downsized the trash to save money. Washer and drier are constantly broken. Wasted $20 on them, and told to contact the company... company says to contact management. Broken step reported, all they did was ask who broke it. Any issues with the units themselves (none are properly maintained) will fall on the tenants to fix. Personally witnessed three incidents of them running off tenants by charging them to fix things or outright refusing yo address the roaches/black mold/plumbing issues. My security deposit wasn't returned because of false claims and them using it to fix issues/items i moved in with. The only upside is that the neighbors are absolutely wonderful. do NOT Rent from them!
January 24, 2020This property has ROACHES and PESTS in ALL their units! They will not fix it. Every time a tenant puts in a request for it to be completed, they will send someone to put bait down. The bait last for a couple of weeks until they return. They REFUSE to spray the apartment. It will be at YOUR expense. They will back bill you on everything. We've had requests for simple repairs like a faucet not repaired for MONTHS. They harass their tenants and refuse to give you names of who you are speaking with. ...You have to clean the building yourself. If you attempt to make a repair yourself, they get upset but won't answer you on your requests. The customer service is TERRIBLE and RUDE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
