10 years and the rug that they put in is cheap and hard. In order for us to get the rug change we had to write a letter and take pictures of the rug and send it to the management office even though we've lived here for more than 10 years and never got it changed. They don't do their monthly checkups anymore and when they used to all they would check is the smoke detectors and that's it so they would just come in and go. The paint is all ugly we have white walls we have some walls that are beige and brown then our kitchen is all gray. The bathroom has a standup shower and a tub but with no shower head. The tile in the bathroom is like unfinished. We live right next to a school so the buses are loud every morning even sometimes on weekends. We also get a lot of big semi truck that past threw our street and they are also loud to where we can't hear our TV. There is always these kids riding there mopeds up and down the street every night probably till 1 in the morning. My car has gotten broken into and 2 other trucks got their tailgate stolen. My girlfriend Also has a truck and I'm worried for her truck. There was a tuck parked outside our apartment that had a bullet hole in the front windshield .There is hardly any parking on the street at night only one car can park in the garage. We have no a.c and the heater sometimes doesn't work. The windows are so thin and old. Our direct tv satellite has gotten stolen twice. They recently had a shooting couple apartments down and then a standoff right outside our apartment which made me scared for my family. There is always people fighting and screaming in the alley in the middle of the night. One day someone will get shot and I wouldn't want my girlfriend, my son or my mom to experience that. My girlfriend is a stay at home mom until our son gets a little the older so she home by herself and I'm always at work during the days. She always tells me that we need to move that this place is not safe.
