Awesome gem in Santa Monica
August 13, 2015Great building with friendly residents. It's not the most up-to-date, but definitely works in the older Wil-mont area of SaMo. Allows dogs, just ask once you've signed the lease. Lots of homeless people around, and is directly across the streets from a halfway house with weirdos always lurking, but they have proved harmless thus far (after two years of living there). Great ocean breezes and sunsets. We have a sliver of a mountain view from our balcony. The location is unbeatable, 1 block to the ...3rd Street Promenade and 2 blocks to Pacific Palisades Park, 10 minute walk to beach, 5 minute to ocean's front!
