Looking for an awesomesauce, chill, friendly female roommate and/or nerdy TV watching buddy to take the other bedroom in my 2 bedroom, 2 story townhouse. - 1250 sq ft - $850 a month for your own room ($80-100 for utilities) - 1.5 bathrooms - Gated subterranean parking (2 spots, one for each of us, huzzah!) - Patio - Dishwasher - Central AC - 2 closets in each bedroom (plus hallway storage upstairs and downstairs) - Laundry room on-site (not in unit, but close enough, right?) - New hardwood floors - Small complex with only 8 units. - On Linden Avenue off of Glenoaks (3 minute drive to Downtown Burbank. Close to The 5 freeway. Walking distance to Paradise bakery, Smart n Final, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, Papa John's, and other stuff people like.) No pets, Sorry. :( Also, my landlord doesn't allow sublets or month-to-monthers, and wants to run a credit check and application before she approves any potential roommate to move in, so you'd have to be okay with filling out an application for a $25 credit check fee
