Arts District In Need Of Oasis

This apartment building is so cozy and quaint. Nearly every unit has original hardwood flooring, and is incredibly spacious for the area and the price! Each unit has sunlight pouring in during the day, which is a welcome change from the dark apartments my roommate and I had viewed before. The only issue, and every resident would agree, is that there is no pool! Each unit comes with an A/C unit, but no central air or heating, so it would be so amazing to have a place to cool off (especially when ...

living upstairs). It's the perfect building for young an old alike, is in a very safe part of the NoHo Arts District, and is within walking distance of amazing restaurants and stores.
