Great place to live; fabulous area; great management and clean
August 23, 2019I've lived at this building for 11 years, and recently moved out of state for work. I've read one other review and know that tenant well. She was constantly breaking the rules and bothering other tenants so she was evicted. I wouldn't pay much attention to her comments. It's a lovely building and well maintained. September 4, 2015Lived in this place for a few years, don't know how I survived. Don't know how this woman (landlord) still hasn't been stopped in her tracks. THE WORSE, THE WORST place to live. I don't even think the deserves my energy on this for too long. In a nutshell, doesnt fix anything-you must come out of pocket, blames you for anything wrong with anything in the apartment, argumentative like no other, always has to have the last word, miserable- misery love company, penny pincher, dont expect your ...deposit because the landlord will fight you tooth and nail to not give you anything back, makes false receipts to make sure you dont get your deposit money back, obnoxious, condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional, should be sued like nobody's business!
