Nice and Clean- No guest parking
August 4, 2015These townhomes are really clean and nice. It comes with a backyard that is an ok size for what you are renting. Enough room for a firepit, grill, even to set up a corn hole game. There is a back deck and a back balcony. The only problem with the back deck, is if it's raining, the balcony is just another deck so it doesn't stop you from getting wet down below. There are no extra parking spaces for the complex, each unit has 2 spots. If you have any guests over they have to hope there is a spot ...across the street to park on the road. Also, when it rains the parking lot turns into a lake. Inside it's very nice. The closets are a decent size. Not huge, but can contain quite a bit of your stuff. The rooms are a great size too. It's clean inside, no bug or rodents issues. Comes with dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer. All appliances are the basic appliances and work well. There is a little confusion with the light switches. Seems like a wiring issues. Overall a really great place to live, and you can walk to the beach and the circle.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
