A decent apartment for a college student or young professional
August 11, 2015This is a large "studio" apartment located in downtown Troy with double high ceilings. The kitchen appliances are old and mediocre, but functional. The bedroom area has a partial wood floor which is quite nice actually. The rest of the apartment floor however, is a cheap linoleum that is peeling. The bathroom has an older shower/tub that runs out of hot water after a few minutes and the sink has no hot water and poor water pressure. The bedroom area has large closets and 2 large new windows that ...lock. The thermostat is in a locked box and is set at 68 by the landlord. The apartment is located next to Russell Sage College in a relatively safe neighborhood and is conveniently within walking distance of some nice restaurants/cafe's and bars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
