Great location, not so great apartment
August 17, 2015I first moved to this apartment because it was minutes from the downtown scene and very short distance to work. However I have been very disappointed in my experience here. It's an older house separated into separate units. My water pressure has been very poor and the landlord (who is unreasonable and a little crazy- should've listened to the previous tenants on that one) has sent over workers over 10 times during the past 3 months and have completely tore up the front yard and never fixed it. ...Our ac is terrible and nearly $260 a month.
