My old building

Me and my family, my wife, daughter and my cat skittles live close to the famous Hollywood sign. Most people would think by living close to Hollywood you would live in a luxurious apartment. In my case that's not true, we live in a very old pink building with a lot of cracked walls. The walls are thin you could hear our next door neighbors. The garage is out dated, the elevator is out dated. Things keep breaking apart within the apartment. The only thing good is our neighbors. I would love to ...
move my family to a more upgraded home that's more secured , updated and friendly above all reasonable price. Any help would be grateful, thank you!!
