Freeway noise is unbearable and the grounds are only maintained when a unit goes up for rent. Minimal trash and recycling bins available that are constantly overflowing. Our unit has crumbling walls/plaster, posts from the foundation prod through the floor, holes in the walls from old pipe blows. Portions of the floor are unsafe. During a recent remodel, plaster and tile was broken and never replaced. Ceiling fixtures broken and never replaced. The carpet is over 20 years old and we could not get it replaced. The bathroom is literally crumbling apart. You cannot even change the light bulb above the sink without the old plaster crumbling. Patches of the walls are missing. We have asked the new owner to repair this, but instead, after 16 years in the building, we're leaving. The entire building sags on one side so at certain times of the year, our neighbor tenants cannot open some of their windows. We should complain, but it's easier to just leave at this point
