Inner Sunset - Central and Convenient
August 2, 2015Three year resident here. The Good: Good apartment, pretty standard and nice. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. No problems with thin walls, low shower pressure or any other standard apartment complaints. Close to a lot of things - a block away from Golden Gate Park, about 5 blocks away from tasty places to eat (both at 9th Irving and 19th Irving), and 1 block away from the N line train. Easy access south and north of the city via 19th to 280 or GGB. Mini parking lot behind the building is ...completely fenced in and gated which is nice. The Ok: Right next to a bar, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but does have some light noise involved (mainly game nights). Also, this may be standard in the city, but people come and manually sort out all the bottles from the trash for recycling cash - if you're on the side of the building I am, you could be listening to bottle clinking 1 hour a day.
