Awesome area
January 31, 2021I have lived in Manhattan valley for 7 years we recently moved to the east side. But when I lived here I felt like I was in paradise. If you move here you will have a Beautiful view, nice neighbors, new clean apartment, and much much more. One of my favorite things about living here was at Christmas you will see 3 big beautiful Christmas trees. Also, being on nice wide sidewalks and being close to the park was really great for me because I am a scooter/ bike rider and I need a nice area to ride ...in. Now you are probably asking why I gave this place 4 stars well I have 3 reasons. #1 this home is tiny you can barely have 2 people in 1 room. # 2 this is probably one of the most dangerous neighborhoods because package theft is a huge problem. #3 there are people who blast a lot of music and smoke weed during the night and by morning the place is a mess. But do not worry I had a great time here and I hope you will too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
