August 17, 2015My apartment or "Condo" as it is apart of a Condo association but it's really just a two bedroom apartment in a single building. It is owned by a sweet older couple who also own the one across the hall from us, my wife, our baby, and I. It's a good size for the price, but the price keeps increasing so it's making it a not so good value. It was built in the 1970's, we know by the old cabinets and the stove that has yet to be updated. It's on the outskirts of the "bad" parts of town so it's quieter ...and safer. The neighbors are okay, they seem to want to know your business without giving up theirs though. Not enough parking is also a negative, the management company is quick to tow your car without warning and you're left with a surprise in the morning. Overall it's okay, the love has fallen off a bit over time but it's still the best place we can afford and feel good about paying for it.
