Landlord has latent responses with maintenance
December 6, 2020It’s cheap to live here. Rent is cheap, but the building is really old. This is an old building from the 1950’s. Cabinets don’t close because they have so many layers of paint and old screws that don’t allow them to close all the way. They refused to do anything about it when issue was addressed. Had a terrible draining/plumbing issue and we had to fight him for us to get a maintenance guy to come and take a look at it. Also was mold in one of the bathrooms.
