Not the best
July 27, 2015Utilities are included in the rent so that's a plus but it is not in the best condition. Building has history of bedbugs and landlord does not live in area so it takes a long time to get things fixed. College student area makes for loud neighborhood. The upside is that it is close to DT area and bus stops. It is a little pricey for condition but good for students and allows pets with a deposit.Review from Apartments.com
