Mice roaches and rats oh my!!
August 20, 2022I lived at 135 pelham rd which is in the same house just the other half. And we had mice roaches and at least 1 huge rat running around. I left because for 3 years I told the landlord about the problem and he ignored me but was knocking on my door and called my job if I was a day late paying the rent and would threaten eviction if I tried withholding rent to get him to fix the rodent and roach problems...I tried paying a exterminator myself and give him the receipts and the landlord refused to ...take the recipts.. there is one lady that still lives on the 135 side she says she sees the rat every day but can't afford to leaveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
