Not the best place to live, read review and make your own decision
December 4, 2022I'm live here now, but we going to move for sure, at first look everything looks fine, but when you start living here problems start popping up. When we move in the socket in bathroom was not working, but it's fine, the guy came in few days and try to fix it, but he couldn't, after he came two more times during the week and finally fixed it) Next we flooded our neighbor downstairs because some pipes leaking in bathroom. They come couple times and during the week or two they finally fixed it. ...After that we lost electricity in living room, the guy came and couldn't find the issue, so he just made a hole in our bedroom and connect living room from there. And the most important they raise the price every year 10-15%, if you want to pay each year more and more welcome. If owner need something she want you to replay right away, but if you need something they not answering your email and messages for weeks. Right now, it's cold outside and our heater not working again, last winter we had also issues with it, we try to reach management couple times, but they still didn't reply to us, after two weeks. They did cosmetic repairs, so apartment looks like new but in reality there lot of issues you will find out only when you start living there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
