Management company took away the security code so our packages get stolen and kids have to wait outside the building till someone opens the door for them. the whole building is infested with roaches and bed bugs and they dont bother on fumigating. their way of cleaning is by painting on top of the dirt. think twice before renting here.

The parking garage might as well be storage spaces for everyone, including the management. I've also notice they rent out a few parking spaces to people that don't live in the building! They pocket money and I highly doubt the owner knows about it! Which the whole rent increase paperwork seems a bit odd. We need this place to step it up. You demand more money for this place, make it worth the money you are asking for! With that said, management (Nilsa) should honestly be replaced! Don't care how many decades she's managed for. **Before you suggest us moving... that wouldn't change the problem here. We would be running from it. Things definitely need to change.
